Tutti, a new Italian restaurant from Finn McCabe and Louis Korovilas, launches on Thusday 17th September with a three night run of its 6 course tasting menu at the Protein Galleries in EC2. Tickets are just £35 and for that you can be among the first to experience this new eatierie.
"Tutti is a new restaurant concept where diners are invited to come and indulge in a tasting menu that will whisk them away to some of Italy's best known regions (and possibly discover a few of those lesser known).
Over the last six months, founder Finn MacCabe has been working alongside business partner and chef Louis Korovilas, who has spent the last 5 years at Locanda Locatelli, to develop the concept - tweaking and tasting until everything is just right.
Tutti launches this September for three days only (17th, 18th, 19th) at Protein Galleries in Shoreditch with a six course-tasting menu."
