Back in July I was lucky enough to go to Earth Ale's first dinner in Balham, and now they've announced another, happening on Thursday 24th. Alex, the founder of Earth Ale is a trained chef who has worked at some of the world's top restaurants, so as you'd expect the food is spectacular. Plus there will be lots ofEarth Ale beers and also cocktails to buy.
"Michelin trained chef and founder of Earth Ale Brewery, Alex Lewis, cooks 8 contemporary, foraged and Asian influenced dishes. Uniquely paired with their craft beer & cocktails, made from seasonal, foraged & medicinal ingredients. Earth. An acronym for Economical, Artisinal, Rural, Terroir, and Health. Alex's “Muddy Boots” journey began in the UK, progressing through Denmark where foraging for natural flavours sparked his interest, and more recently onto South Africa, where he learned to create fresh flavorsome beers from natural, foraged ingredients.
