"KinoVino brings you a tasting of Armenian and Georgian wines, a screening of Sergei Paradjanov’s masterpiece ‘Colour of the Pomegranate’ (1969) and a luxuriously playful and delicious feast, embracing the traditions of Soviet-Georgian and Persian-Armenian cuisines. Be prepared to be transported into an entirely new world of flavours, textures, colours and sounds.
KinoVino is a project that brings together cinema, food and wine under one conceptual umbrella. Each edition offers you a chance to enhance your appreciation of film with delicious food and drinks and vice versa. Allowing you to make the most of all three elements, each evening begins with a tasting of a particular drink (wine, cocktail, spirit). Stimulating your creative and intellectual taste buds, this part is followed by a film screening. At KinoVino you will find a carefully curated film programme of both classic and rare, mainstream and art-house films from all over the world. The evening culminates with a luscious multi-course dinner where guests embark on a gastronomic journey inspired by the film."
