The Mac Factory's May Residency at Market House Brixton

This May The Mac Factory will be taking over the kitchen at Market House Brixton, continuing a lengthening and impressive line of street food chefs, serving Monday - Friday evenings.  As the name suggests, The Mac Factory specialises in Mac & Cheese, but they also do Confit Pork Belly Corndogs, Cheese Steaks, and sites including salads.  Expect to pay just under a tenner a head.

"Mac and Cheese connoisseurs THE MAC FACTORY are teaming up with London’s trendiest bar and music venue Market House to bring you the pop up of all pop ups. A combination of American treats and the best Mac & Chees this side of the world and great music and vibes, this is a collaboration not to be missed.
Situated in Brixton, Market House is the go to place for a great night out! Known for holding some of the best parties in South London and collaborating with the best chefs to bring new tastes and flavours to Coldharbour Lane, it’s the perfect watering hole to eat, drink and have a boogie.
Since Market House opened in the heart of Brixton three years ago, it's been a whirlwind of amazing music, great cocktails, delicious food and, of course, wonderful customers who have made the venue a huge success. Set over two floors the interior reignites the trend for all things vintage with an eclectic selection of furnishings, light fittings and reclaimed materials. The kitchen hosts a series of pop-ups and residencies; to date they have enjoyed the culinary skills of  Baba G's Bhangra Burger, The Original Fry Up Material, Mama’s Jerk and Tim Anderson's Nanban to name a few and now The Mac Factory.
The Mac Factory’s head chef and founder Graham Bradbury who has worked at: The Gerkin’s Axe, The Chancery and The Gore Hotel in Kensington, has been travelling the London street food market scene with great success. His gourmet mac n’ cheese has become the talk of the town with exquisite flavour combinations including Slow confit belly of rare breed pork teamed with wholegrain mustard jus and Sauteed wild mushrooms, truffle oil and cepe cream all topped with their signature parmesan and thyme crumble. Whether it’s great food or a night out after a long day at work, we suggest heading down to what is going to be the biggest food and drink fest on the south side of London."
