The next Tottenham Ploughman festival happens on Sunday 3rd May (the day before Bank Holiday Monday), with a special appearance from Crayfish Bob, with his Louisiana-style Crayfish Boil. Tickets are just £15 - expect to get messy!
"Crayfish Bob joins us for the first Tottenham Ploughman event of 2015. This pre-season appearance is an all you can eat traditional spicy Louisiana style crayfish boil, eaten on newspapers, no cutlery. Deliciously messy, or just plain delicious!
The festival at Lordship Rec celebrates all things Tottenham including the rivers; Redemption brewery and Wildes cheese top the bill, plus live music from The Swinging Magpies, Tottenham Community Choir and more to be announced. River info from Thames 21, Canal & River Trust, willow weaving, pond dipping, local home made ice cream and lots more.
Invasive crayfish cause huge damage to our rivers and wildlife; it's our duty to eat more of them!"
