Craving Coffee in N15 is hosting another Friday night food event, this time with Sticky Beaks on 10th April. There's a sample menu below, and expect slow-cooked pulled meats, hot sandwiches and wraps. No booking - just turn up hungry...
"We look forward to welcoming our friends Sticky Beaks from Walthamstow for a night of tasty food & drink!
Sticky Beaks specialise in slow-roasted, melt-in-the-mouth meats. Their pork and lamb spends 8 hours in the oven, cooking low and slow and they braise beef cheeks until they fall apart if you look at them. They combine them with flavours and ingredients from around the world, to create unique, succulent sandwiches and salads.
Come along and feast on their amazing dishes, plus we will have on our menu the usual barrel aged cocktails, craft beers and boutique wines to accompany.

Pulled Pork Banh Mi sandwich
8-hour slow-roasted pork shoulder in Vietnamese spiced marinade, served on an artisan ancient grain baguette, with mayonnaise, smoked pigs cheek pate, home-pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, fresh mint and coriander, topped with a nuoc cham dressing and chopped birds eye chillies
Pulled Lamb sandwich or wrap
8-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder with a north African spiced rub, smothered in a smoky, sweet and spicy home-made sauce, chargrilled chilli and tomato salsa, feta, rocket, topped with an aromatic, crunchy hazelnut dukkah served on either an artisan ancient sandwich baguette or
Lebanese flatbread
Slow Braised beef cheeks sandwich
Beef cheeks braised in cinnamon, star-anise and cider, with pickled fennel, horseradish salsa verde, sprinkled with crispy fried rosemary leaves, all wrapped up in our ancient grain sandwich baguettes
