Cutter & Squidge, founded by two food obsessed sisters, is opening a pop-up shop & cafe in Soho to sell 'Biskies' and their other delights, plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. It's open in Brewer Street daily from Monday 23rd March from 9am - 8pm until early June. (& it looks amazing!)

The creators of the popular Biskie, a fresh and unique handmade treat combining the best bits of a biscuit, cookie and cake, are opening their doors to showcase a full range of innovative sweet and savoury treats, with hot and cold homemade infusions.
Expect the unexpected and delve into the world of these kitchen chemists with their own unique approach to baking, offering unusual twists on popular classics as well as whole new creations. Everything Cutter & Squidge create uses all natural colourings by extracting colour from fruits, vegetables and spices to create the most vibrant and exciting designs and inventions.
Choose from over 16 crisp and melt in the mouth Biskie flavours, made using a homemade lighter whipped buttercream filling. Flavours include OMG It’s Green with green tea, white chocolate and raspberry, I Scream Sundae a trio of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry with a cherry on the top, and the famous Billionaire Biskie made with 24ct gold and Belgian chocolate, to name just a few.
Also on offer are a range of delicious handmade delicacies including veggie quiche and cheese twists as well as marshmallows, which rather than including bovine gelatin are made with a special vegetarian version delivering a more virtuous moreish treat. If that was not enough there is also a choice of Dream Cakes, Chocolate Gems, Honeycomb, Jams and the award winning Cutter & Squidge Salted Caramel, which recently won 3 stars and was listed as a Top 20 product in the latest Great Taste Awards.
Pick out your sweet treat and sit down at a cozy table to enjoy it with Cutter & Squidge’s own blend of hot chocolate, artesian tea and coffee and new cold tipple – Oomph-ade.
Oomph-ade’comes in three mouth watering styles; ‘Refresh’ with fizzy water, fruit and botanicals, ‘Revive’ with white tea, fruit and botanicals or ‘Replenish’ with coconut water, fruit and botanicals to suit all tastes."
