The Aria shop in Barnsbury Street, off Upper Street,Islington, is holding a special Nordic dinner on Tuesday 24th March, with a 5 course menu that will 'transport you to the Nordic forest, with wild venison, vasterbottenost and an array of delicious tastes.' Tickets are just £38, which includes food and drinks, as well as a special gift bag to go home with from Iitalla’s latest range Tanssi.
"This March, after closing time, the perception of a retail space is transformed as Aria welcomes guests to experience beautiful design and delectable dining in store. Curated by Klaus Haapaniemi, our Victorian Music Hall will be transformed into an exclusive woodland restaurant for one night only. Diners will be enchanted by the whimsical tale of Tanssi and the culinary delights of esteemed chef Tine Roche. The menu will transport you to the Nordic forest, with wild venison, vasterbottenost and an array of delicious tastes over five courses.
The return of our popular dinner party invites diners to celebrate the release of Iitalla’s latest range Tanssi, which translates to dance in Finnish. As the story of the little vixen unveils itself across the table, you will be enchanted by not only the magic of the story, but be able to meet the designer himself.
NOTE: Drinks are included and each diner will receive a gift bag, including an item from the Tanssi range. Unfortunately due to the exclusivity of this event we cannot accommodate dietary requirements."
