The Raw Dining Club's February Dinner in NW1

On Friday 27th February the very popular Raw Dining Club leaves its ususal home in East Dulwch to host its monthly dinner at St Paul's Church in Rossmore Road, NW1.   Raw Dining Club’s food is free from meat, wheat and dairy and seriously packed with flavour - come along and see why they've become so popular!

"After three sell-out monthly supper evenings hosted on its home turf of southeast London, Raw Dining Club is taking its concept to church, north of the river.  A one-time only dining experience will be set in the atmospheric St Paul’s Church, Marylebone, on 27 February 2015. While diners indulge in four gourmet courses, in holy surroundings, a DJ will perform a live set. This promises to be a memorable evening.
Raw Dining Club is a cutting-edge raw-vegan gourmet dining concept where the culinary experience is centred on unprocessed plant-based ingredients. Nothing is heated above the magic 42 degrees Celsius, the temperature where enzymes in plant cells start to become denatured, in turn losing their potency. Raw Dining Club’s food is free from meat, wheat and dairy and seriously packed with flavour.
Founder of the concept, Simon Beswetherick recently partnered with Paula Collins, both of whom earned their plant-based culinary stripes at the groundbreaking Matthew Kenney Academy in the US. They bring their own twist to the raw food trend, creating stunning dishes packed with textures and moreish flavours.  Simon turned to a high-raw diet three years ago. He was one of the lead chefs who set up the acclaimed Mantra Raw, Milan in 2014. Paula was a talented home cook and became seriously interested in healthful food due to the influence of her two nutritionist siblings. Enjoying the benefits of raw food led her to re-train as a raw chef."
