Chef Nina Parker is hosting a February pop-up at Brixton East on Thursday 19th February, focussing on food inspired by time in the med spent researching her first cookbook. It's 3 courses, including ice cream from an ice cream truck - and it's BYOB
"Get ready for another classic popup night inspired by my time spent in St Tropez and research for my new cookbook, with recipes influenced from Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
From Francesco Mazzei’s L’Anima to Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester and Jacob Kennedy’s Gelupo, I want to bring together all of my experiences to create an evening of amazing food with 50s/60s jazz and mo-town to take you on holiday. Dessert will be served from my ice cream truck!
I'm back at Brixton East which is in a beautiful warehouse just 10 minutes walk from the tube station."
