Earl's Hoxton Cheesesteaks at The Proud Archivist in N1

Earl's Hoxton Cheesesteak will be popping up at The Proud Archivist on the Canal in N1, from Thursday to Saturday for six days between 26th February and 7th March, for lunch and dinner.  As the picture shows, it's a steak sandwich, but with provolone cheese and lots of other goodies.  Go!

"Earl's is the creation of chef Joe Gray, a Jamie Oliver's Fifteen graduate.
Joe has always been inspired and passionate about street food, so along with his enthusiasm, experience & training as a chef, he has created an East London interpretation of an American icon and cultural obsession for the London street food scene.
Earl's signature dish, the indulgent Hoxton Cheesesteak uses only the best thinly sliced seared bavette steak, sweet confit onion, oozy Provolone cheese which is served in an artisan sub roll with Earl's bun sauce & our very own pickled chillies."

When - Thurs 26th - Sat 28th Feb, and Thurs 5th - Sat 7th March 2015
11am-3pm, and 5.30pm-9.30pm

Where - The Proud Archivist, 2-10 Hertford Rd, London N1 5SH
