Perilla, run by Matt Emmerson and chef Ben Marks, ex of Noma (Copenhagen) and currently at The Square (London), is hosting a pop-up over three nights at Palm2 in Clapton, E5, from Thuesday 5th to Saturday 7th February 2015.
