Jimmy Garcia, who has probably featured on this site more than any other pop-up organiser, has announced his Winter 2014 project - The Lodge Balham. The Lodge is themed like a ski lodge, and inside Jimmy and his team will be serving up fondues, hot cocktails and a selection of signature dishes, featuring pigeon, wild mushrooms, scallops and venison and more... How good is that? It opens on 25th October, and runs Tuesday - Sunday, pretty much all day and night. Jimmy always comes up with fantastic concepts and I'm sure this will be no difference. We've teamed up with Londons' best set designers 'FireCracker Works' to create a bespoke alpine lodge setting!"
