The Langham's 'Art of the Aperitif' Martini Bar in Marylebone


Now open Monday - Saturday at The Langham's Palm Court in Portland Place is MARTINI®'s new pop-up bar The Art of The Aperitif.  Lots of variations on the classic - examples below.  If you like a good Martini make sure you go before it closes on 29th November.

"The Langham, London and MARTINI® vermouth are delighted to announce the launch of ‘The Art of The Aperitif’, a stylish new pop-up bar celebrating the most iconic of vermouth-based cocktails, surrounded by MARTINI artwork and rare heritage memorabilia.
‘The Art of The Aperitif’ will offer guests seven modern cocktail serves created by Alex Kratena, Head Bartender at The Langham’s Artesian bar.
Based in the hotel’s iconic all day Palm Court restaurant – Afternoon Tea sanctuary by day, transformed into an aperitivo bar by night – ‘The Art of The Aperitif’ will showcase over 30 pieces of artwork from the MARTINI poster archive
Highlight serves will include:
MARTINI Bianco mixed with Pine, Raspberry and Crodino served with
Char Grilled Prawns, Red Chilli and Garlic Butter
MARTINI Rosso, olives combined with MARTINI Bitter and Chinotto served with
Beef Carpaccio, Beans and Baby Artichoke
MARTINI Rosato, BACARDI Superior rum, Guava and MARTINI Bitter served with Crab, Heirloom Tomatoes and Avocado Ceviche"

When - Monday - Saturday, until 29th November 2014, between 6pm-11pm.
