This Autumn Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen will be hosting a series of collaborations with street food traders at its One New Change site, near St Paul's Cathedral. First up is Busan BBQ for October, serving up their bulgogi burgers, pork belly buns, gochujang ribs and more. A new weekend highlight!
"Launching with Street Feast favourite, Busan BBQ, a husband and wife team serving Korean inspired bulgogi burgers, pork belly buns, gochujang ribs and Korean fried chicken. Each Saturday diners will be treated to Busan BBQ live in action, cooking their signature dishes alongside DJ Joonki (Korean hip-hop maestro) and delicious cocktails made using tradtional ingredients including Hwayo Soju, a Korean rice based spirit using water from the Kyunggi province.
Bread Street Sessions will officially launch to the public on Saturday 4th of October from 4pm to 9pm and Busan BBQ will host the bar area every Saturday until the 25th October. The subsequent traders are yet to be announced.
'The Bread Street Sessions is an extension of our love of Street Food having recently taken Bread Street Kitchen to the Feast festival and Meatopia. We came across Busan BBQ and loved their passion and dedication to what they do, creating a unique brand serving fantastic Korean inspired dishes, if you haven't been lucky enough to try them, don't miss the chance to see them in action in October in our bar.' Erion Karaj, head chef of Bread Street Kitchen."
