YaDa Chef's 10 Course Mexican Tapas with Beers from Indie Ales, near Old Street


After success in the US, including Fort Lauderdale and Mialmi, and recently in Cannes, YaDa Chef is bringing his 10 Course Mexican Tapas to London this September.  For the first three dinners he's teaming up with Indie Ales to take over the cafe in Corsham Street, also used by Argentinian Pizza, and Monograph.  Tickets are £40 - full details below.

"Small Plates BIG Flavours from YaDa Chef. Don't miss your chance to try this collaborative mouthwatering 10 course Tapas Style tasting menu. Following their success in Florida and Cannes with PopUp SupClubs, Chefs Joseph Yacino and Bryan Hernandez Daniel will prepare authentic Mexican dishes with recipes passed down from family and gathered on their Mexican travels using local vendors and suppliers. No TexMex allowed in their kitchen!
YaDa Chef will be teaming up with Craft Beer Maker Indie Ales. Charlie will offer a selection of 4 craft beers paired with each course and explain what and WHY, to compliment the courses. Purchase your “drinks included” ticket in advance.

Mexican Fish Tacos with Cabbage/Jicama Slaw
Pork Carnitas with Mole Sauce (gluten free)

Concha/Mexican Wedding Cakes (a sweet bread sort of thing)
