The London Craft Beer Festival happens at Oval Space, E2 (note - not The Oval, SE11), between Thursday 14th and Sunday 17th August. Craft beers from London, The UK, Europe and beyond will be on sale, plus lots of street food, live music and more to keep you entertained. Tickets are £35 per session which includes several drinks, and entry to the Flanders Festival in the Pickle Factory space next door.
"After the huge success of last years’ festival which saw over 2,500 people reveling in all things beer, food and music , LCBF is back bigger, better and ready to take on the world !
With a truly global expansion incorporating some of the most exciting breweries from London, the UK, Europe and the USA LCBF can boast quite simply the best beer festival line up to ever hit these shores.
Representing London will be the likes of The Kernel, Beavertown and Redemption. From across the UK we have Magic Rock, Thornbridge and BrewDog. From Europe we have Omnipollo and a special Flanders take over of neighbouring venue, The Pickle Factor. Last but not least from across the pond we have Sierra Nevada, Founders and Evil Twin. With 24 breweries in total there will be something for all.
Running concurrently with the great beer will be spectacular food offerings showcasing London’s best street food vendors, supper clubs and barbecues all with their own homes. The weekend highlights will include triple smoked Ginger Pig Steaks, Chef Luke (St John’s) special Jerk Chicken, East London’s very own Ritas, organic vegetarian offerings courtesy of Plump and Borough Ham and Cheese co. round off proceedings.
In keeping with last years’ strong collaboration with Oval Space, live music will provide the soundtrack to the festival with a selection of the most exciting up and coming bands around, some familiar faces and a plethora of great dj’s courtesy of Oval Space Music. Expect some very big names performing in styles you have never seen before."
