Chateau Marmot's 8 Course 'Feast on Flowers' with Dan Doherty in Waterloo

This July acclaimed 'roaming restaurant' Chateau Marmot is holding four dinners, over two nights with Dan Doherty of Duck & Waffle in a secret location in Waterloo.  Each night there are two sittings for just 16 people each, and the theme for each dinner is Flora, with Dan's takes on seasonal British herbs & flowers.  It's £95 per head, inclucing 8 courses with wine flights, and it promises to be an incredible set of dinners.

"Acclaimed roaming restaurant Chateau Marmot is bringing its new Supernature dinners to London in a new, intimate ‘audience with the chef’ format.
The menu will be overseen by one of London’s most highly acclaimed chefs, Dan Doherty, taking time out from his position as executive chef at Duck & Waffle to present these dinners with Chateau M.
The event takes place as part of the Waterloo Quarter Food festival, in a secret location in Waterloo, and marks the second of a series of dinners taking place throughout 2014 across London and the UK under the banner of Supernature. Each dinner will identify one element of the Supernature spectrum, like a foodie periodic table, and explode it in a riot of colours, tastes and textures across a multi course tasting menu.
For this dinner that element is Flora; {Fl}. Each of the eight beautifully presented courses will showcase Doherty’s different takes on seasonal British herbs and flowers. This is boutique style dining - each sitting only holds 16 diners - so everyone gets an intimate audience with London’s hottest chef as he talks you through his incredible menu.
As well as the full eight courses, a journey of specially selected matched wines and spirits is included in the ticket price of just £95."
