HMS Plate & Shaker dock in Cuba for their latest pop-up, taking over Cubana in Waterloo for a Sundah lunch to celebrate all things Cuban on Saturday 12th July between 2m and 6pm. Expect lots of Cuban treats from Mojitos to coffee, and great food.

Make your way to Waterloo, where you’ll be transported to Cuba. Jump aboard for a trip back to when the Mojito was made with love, the coffee was as smooth as silk and the rum trickled down your throat like a monkey dancing the mamba.
We’ll ply you with some of the island's finest street food, rich Alma de Cuba mountain coffee and superior Cuban rums.
You’ll also get to try your hand at making 3 fantastic cocktails.
