An Algerian Supper Club at The Mosaic Rooms in Kensington


On Thursday 5th June The Mosaic Rooms, an Arabic cultural centre in Kensington, is hosting an Algerian supper club, to showcase the flavours, history and story of Algeria, cooked by  Chris Benarab of Azou Restaurant.

"The Mosaic Rooms are delighted to continue our supper club programme with an Algerian Supper club hosted by Chris Benarab of Azou Restaurant.
Our supper club series aims to celebrate the cooking and stories that surround food from the diverse Middle Eastern cultures found in London. Azou offers the very best in North African Cuisine and this supper club will focus specifically on the rich and diverse flavours found in Algerian cuisine. With stories and discussions guests will have the opportunity to learn about and sample the authentic taste of Algeria and visit our current exhibition Intervening Space: From the Intimate to the World featuring the work of contemporary Algerian artists.
Chris Benarab is the executive chef at Azou Restaurant. The restaurant is the winner of Ramsay’s Best Restaurant, North African category and was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand."
