The Tefal Ingenio Pop-up Pancake Restaurant in John Lewis' Window in Oxford St


This year Tefal are running a pop-up pancake restaurant in the window of John Lewis in Oxford Street, for Monday 3rd, and (Shrove) Tuesday 4th March.  It's free to eat there, but you need to select 3 possible time slots here, and hope that you get chosen to enjoy some yummy pancakes!

"The first ever pop-up restaurant in a shop window is coming to Oxford Street’s John Lewis this Pancake Day, hosted by Tefal, the non-stick cookware specialists.
The exclusive Ingenio Restaurant will be in Oxford Street John Lewis for two days only and will be serving speciality pancakes to mark Shrove Tuesday. Foodies can book by visiting www.tefalingenio.co.uk and lucky applicants will be able to reserve their spot at the chef’s table.
Tefal is hosting the event to celebrate Pancake Day and its Ingenio cookware range. On both days, Tefal will be serving free gourmet pancakes cooked in front of diners, so book your sitting by visiting www.tefalingenio.co.uk.
The two-day event will run on Monday 3 March and Tuesday 4 March 2014 (Pancake Day) and will be open all day for bookings. Tefal’s very own chef will be preparing a delicious gourmet recipe for guests using Tefal’s revolutionary Ingenio cookware. The exquisite savoury dish will be prepared in the store’s window, in front of diners and passing Oxford Street shoppers. Using Tefal expertise, the Ingenio Restaurant pancake will go from the hob into the oven and onto the table for a truly ingenious way to enjoy Pancake Day this year."
