Margosa Dining's Sri Lankan Pop-up in Crystal Palace

Margosa Dining, who have a regular stall at Crystal Palace Market, are cooking at the Living Water Satisfies Cafe in SE19 on Saturday 22nd February.  Space is limited, and we don't get many pop-ups in this area (or much Sri Lankan food) so don't leave it too late to book...

"Sri Lankan catering company Margosa Dining is putting on a special one-night-only pop up restaurant in Crystal Palace.  Chef Kalum was raised in Sri Lanka, trained at Westminster College and then worked in an exclusive private members club in Mayfair.
After setting up his own business last year he has been cooking for dinner parties and farmers markets, showcasing his repertoire of traditional Sri Lankan food.
At this pop-up night, he will be creating a range of curries using locally-sourced and Sri Lankan produce, and his secret ingredient, his grandmother's spice blend.
What diners have said about Margosa:  'Utterly amazing food', 'tastes I've never experienced before' & 'hurry up and open a restaurant'.  Spaces are limited so please do book early to avoid disappointment."
