Wiggies, the well established pop-up at The Rising Sun near St Pauls, has opened a second pop-up, at the Sun & 13 Cantons in Soho. Wiggies specialises in nose-to-tail pork, with every part of the animal used at some point, in dishes like their 'Pig Mac' burger.
"Why Pigs? Because we are greedy and we hate food waste!
50% of all food produced is thrown away and the Pig is the only animal of which you can eat the whole thing. Through our delicious nose to tail style of eating nothing will go to waste! We love pork because it can be served in so many different ways and eaten for every meal. You will find all cuts of pork on our ever-changing menu.
All of our Pork is from Norfolk, outdoor reared, butchered and cured on site. Our Veg is seasonal and British so it hasn’t travelled far and supports our British farmers.
Help us reduce food waste by trying a cut of meat that you have never tried before."
