Mama Wang's Kitchen's One Night Pop-up at The Platform Bar near Broadway Market

Mama Wang's Kitchen is at the Platform Bar for one night only on Weds 26th June.  Expect a very authentic Chinese experience with Chinese rock and pop music playing!

"Mama Wang's Kitchen is taking over the kitchen at Platform Bar, off Broadway Market, to host a Xi'an street food supper club.
They'll be ‘hand-pulling’ their signature handmade Biang Biang noodles in front of you as you enjoy a four-course meal in the converted warehouse venue that boasts spectacular panoramic views over East London.
The menu is inspired by the food of Xi'an, the ancient capital of Shaanxi Province, China. Situated at one end of the Silk Road, the cuisine is a blend of central Asian and classic Chinese flavours. It will be served street-food style with a healthy dose of Chinese rock (and a little pop) music.
Menu:
Stewed peanuts
Spicy ‘mouthwatering’ chicken with chilled mung bean noodles
Red-braised pork belly & cheek ‘roujiamo’ sandwiches
Slow-roasted cumin lamb ‘biang biang’ noodles
Sticky rice cakes with red adzuki bean paste and ginger syrup"
