Update - Open for 2016 from Thursday 19th May 2016
It must be summer - Frank's Cafe & Campari Bar is re-opening in Peckham! Now part of a tradition, the structure built on top of the multi storey car park provides both excellent food, drink and views. It's open until September, and it's a definite 'must do'!
"Frank's Cafe is part of the BOLD TENDENCIES SCULPTURE PROJECT in Peckham.
Founded in 2007, Bold Tendencies has welcomed over 500,000 visitors to the project since it’s inception in 2007 (60,000 visitors in 2012 alone).
Bold Tendencies is free to visit and has welcomed audiences from local residents
to international tourists. Press feedback has been universally positive, and leading figures from the art world have offered their praise.
The popular Frank’s Cafe designed by Practice Architecture (Paloma Gormley & Lettice Drake) occupies a temporary building alongside the sculptures on the roof."
When - 30th June - 30th September
Thursday - Sunday 11am–10pm
Food served 12-2.30pm 6-10pm
"The Car Park is a well sign-posted 3 minute walk from Peckham Rye station.
Turn left down Rye Lane, and shortly turn right at the Abbey National building society, at which point you'll see the Multiplex cinema facing you. Take the yellow lift to the right of the cinema entrance to Level 6. Follow signs to Level 10.
The drive-in entrance to the Car Park is on Cerise Road (SE15 5HQ). Parking is available on Level 6."
