Chateau Marmot, including a chef from Ottolenghi, are popping up in West London on the 7th & 8th June for two nights with a five course tasting menu.
"Fresh from a sold out May event in York and wowing foodies in Melbourne, Australia earlier this year, on June 7&8 the Chateau Marmot touring restaurant will bring its brand of culinary magic back to an intimate and top-secret venue in London, N1.
For two dinner services only the Chateau will pop up in a secret venue and serve up a stunning gastronomic feast overseen by new executive chef Scully, moonlighting from his job as an executive chef at London’s renowned Ottolenghi restaurant group.
In London Scully’s colleague Christopher Lyon will be at the helm, adding: “I’m taking influences from Mediterranean cooking and mixing them up with the best summer seasonal ingredients we can get from London and the surrounding counties”
Guests will dine on a five course tasting menu with extra treats for a very reasonable £40 per person. Matched wine flights will also be available, showcasing interesting and hard to find wines from independent suppliers. These have been created with the help of the Marmot’s sommelier, ex-Decanter editor Rosalind Cooper. We’ll also have the famous cheese cart, packed with incredible cheeses from London and beyond as well as the Chateau M signature hedgerow jams, jellies and other good things."
