Luma, developers of YrWall, which allows digital graffiti, are opening a store in Kingly Court where people can design and print their own T-Shirts, or buy from, a ready to wear collection.
"A futuristic pop-up store that allows customers to design and print their own all-over print t-shirt live in store launches in Carnaby on 7th June, from technology innovators Luma.
A large interactive digital art wall, allows visitors to create art using a digital spray can. This exciting technology allows for freehand design, or you can select one of the pre-designed stamps or stencils to build up your image. It is also possible to upload a photo or design via email, so you could choose a photo and customise it in store to create your t-shirt design.
Also in the store are various interactive touch-pods where you can create patterns, upload images and create your t-shirt design live on screen. A variety of American Apparel T-shirts and vests will be available for both men and women, with prices from £20.
One of the most exciting features of YrStore is the interactive YrMirror virtual changing room. The world’s first live digital mirror, you can try on your t-shirt design before it’s printed.
The live all-over digital printing process is another world first. Once you’ve finished your design it will then be printed live onto a high-quality American Apparel t-shirt, right in front of your eyes at our print bar.
There will also be some great artist collaboration and ready to wear pieces available in store."
