"Seafood Shack is back and we’re getting all summery, we’ve got use of the char griller and we intend on milking it for all it’s worth.
That means char grilled Lobster ‘Cuban’ Style, think Lime & Orange zest, garlic, thyme & cayenne, and whole char grilled Scottish Langoustines, straight up with a squeeze of lemon.
All of this served with our famous bowl full of plump Shetland mussels, juicy clams, sweet king prawns and meaty razor clams with a choice of broths, our homemade baguette and our crispy chips- forget the ungracious dripping of sauce from chin and get those fingers and thumbs at the ready!"
