Monkey Shoulder Whisky will be holding a special event in Shoreditch next Thursday (21st). Tickets cost £15, which includes three cocktails and food by the very reliable Street Kitchen. There will be a DJ on the night, horse racing - Scalextric style and various other entertainment. It finishes by 10pm - so it won't ruin your Friday either...
"Monkey Shoulder Whisky returns with its popular For One Night Only events! The creative, interactive, boundary-pushing experiences were launched last year, and saw disused spaces around London transformed into surreal celebrations of classic whisky cocktails.
Thursday 21st March will see Monkey Shoulder create a night themed around the Malt Jockey cocktail.
Guests will be able to race remote control horses around a giant hay bale course; in the Winners Enclosure top bartenders will be teaching people how to make their own Monkey Shoulder cocktails; or you can just sit back and place bets on the action while tucking into Street Kitchen snacks, along with a bunch of other surprises.... so wrap your polo vest around your shoulders, act like you were Made In Chelsea, and kick off your racing season with Monkey Shoulder!
The ticket includes admission as well as 3 free cocktails, which will be served at various times during the experience."
