Kavitha's Cuisine Pop-up Indian Kerala Restaurant & Food Demonstration in Soho

This Friday 15th February experience authentic Kerala Food from Kavitha’s Cuisine Pop-Up restaurant with food demonstration.  The team are hoping to publish a cookbook by the end of the year.  (Kerala is a state located in the south-west region of India on the Malabar coast.)

Welcome Drinks: (Punch with Exotic fruits Alcoholic/ Non Alcoholic)
Starters upon arrival: Prawn Masala Varuval/ Potato Masala Varuval (V)
Main: Basmati Rice with Sambar (will be demonstrating) and beetroot Thoran with
shredded coconut (V)
Dessert: Glazed Ripe Plantain with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Sides: Poppadoms/Raita/Chutney
Additional Drinks: Selection of Wines (2 free glasses)"
