Dosa Deli's One Night Pop-up in Kentish Town

Street Food regulars Dosa Deli pop-up this Friday 7th December at The Grafton in Kentish Town, following on from last week's appearance by The Bell & Brisket

"This regular on the street food scene is teaming up with The Grafton pub in Kentish Town for a night of hot dishes from the dosa kitchen and fresh chaat dishes made street food stylie in front of you at the bar.
The kitchen will be knocking out their signature dosa wraps, made using a careful balance of zesty chutneys, crunchy vegetables and crispy dosas. Hot dishes also include deep fried bonda balls which are made using dosa batter and a blend of chili, coriander and spices. Dosa Deli will be getting in amongst it at the bar serving up traditional Indian street chaat (to eat noisily!) dishes such as bhel puri a puffed rice snack with chopped onion, herbs, roasted peanuts, and homemade chutneys; they will also be knocking out dahi sev puri a popular street dish of crispy disks stuffed with chickpea masala, coriander, homemade chutneys topped with Indian vermacelli.
Don't miss out on this well loved street food company at the Grafton for a one off night of Indian chaat."
