Gillette's The Best a Mo Can Get Barber Shop off Carnaby Street


This pop-up is open for the whole of Movember, in aid of the Movember charity fundraising campaigns.  Pop in and have your Mo trimmed by their qualified barbers, and also enjoy drinks, a games room, and also special evening events!

"Gillette has announced the opening of The Best a Mo Can Get Barbers on 10 Newburgh Street, just off of London’s iconic Carnaby Street. The Barber’s will be open 7 days a week throughout the month of Movember, offering free tache touch ups for Mo Bros.
The Barber’s is a 1940’s club with a modern twist, with a traditional Barbers upstairs, complete with photo booth where you can snap your Movember style and a bar and games room downstairs. The bar area is decked out with rich leather seating and antique bookshelves where you can select your favourite songs to play on the vintage vinyl player whilst the games area has a vintage collection of poker dice, backgammon, dominoes and chess as well as a Ping pong and pool table.
On arrival Mo Bros will be treated to a complementary drink followed by a luxury shaving experience with a qualified Barber including hot towels and Mo touch ups with the Gillette Fusion Proglide Styler, Gillette’s first 3-in-1 precision grooming tool, perfect for Mo Bros this Movember.
The Barbers will also be open to the general public on the 8th of November for the Christmas Lights switch on and for late night shopping on the 22nd November. There are also events planned throughout the month including live entertainment, intimate gigs, DJ sets, Whiskey tastings and Cocktail nights. The Best a Mo Can Get Barbers is part of Gillette’s partnership with Movember and the brands commitment to ‘help to change the face of men’s health’ by raising awareness and funds for Movember partners, Prostate Cancer UK and The Institute of Cancer Research.
As part of its Movember campaign Gillette is encouraging men up and down the country to embrace the gentlemanly spirit of the Mo in a campaign that harks back to a golden age and celebrates the timeless qualities of the gentleman. Gillette will also be raising up to £100,000 for Movember through donations for every Gillette product sold with the Movember Stamp.
