Culinary innovators & frequent pop-up hosts Blanch and Shock Food Design are very busy these days. They're behind the Secret Restaurant at the current Secret Cinema shows, and they're also in residence at House of Wolf in Islington until 1st December.
"Blanch & Shock will be the chefs-in-residence at House of Wolf, formerly a historic music hall, newly renovated and housing an experimental cocktail bar, a live music venue, a restaurant and private dining rooms.
We shall be cooking a set menu of five to six courses and some snacks. We will source ingredients from small producers, some of whom can only supply small amounts of food, and so the menu will evolve to reflect that."
When - 6th November - 1st December, Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm-11pm
