Ceviche is so hot right now (in a manner of speaking). We're loving this new pop-up, not least for the reference to one of the stars of Trading Places in it's name.

For three nights in an old airy wine cellar in the heart of Holborn, the team at Don Ceviche will be popping up and serving up an array of Peruvian inspired food including sea bass, shrimp and salmon ceviche, with a few other naughty Peruvian numbers.
All of our food is freshly prepared, with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on.
So head on down to The Art Cellar and get stuck in to a couple of ceviches and wash them down with several Pisco Sours!"
