A Little Bird Told Me is a one-night-only speakeasy in Maltby Street, near (ish) to London Bridge. It's a collaboration between Cornish Grill & Little Bird London Dry Gin, so expect to be very well fed & watered!
"For those in the know, Little Bird Told Me is a 1920s pop-up bar and dining room, hidden in the shadows of the Maltby Street arches. A ruinous place where top chefs stoke the coals and Little Bird Gin's crack team of bartenders serve classic cocktails.
Join Fitzgerald at the bar and Hemingway at the dinner table, as NOPI sous chefs Myles Broscoe and Luke Findlay provide the ballast for a night's heavy drinking.
P.S. - When the land baron kicks us out we're off to the Hide Bar! Shhh...
The Menu:
Little Bird Gin cocktail on arrival
Amuse bouche of cold scallop w/ urfa (a dried Turkish pepper) & lemon butter
Chargrilled heirloom corn salad w/ Cornish mustard greens & aromatic dressing
Grilled underblade steak & chips w/ black garlic aioli or steak sauce
Special dessert by the fabulous Lily Vanilli."
