Alex, who lives near Tooting Common, regularly turns his flat into 'the Furzedown Cafe' and is holding regular Saturday night supper clubs every couple of weeks or so. It's a new venture, it sounds great, and it's great to see more things happening in South London. Oh - and it's BYOB!
"The Furzedown Cafe is based on Ribblesdale Road, a short walk from Tooting Bec Common in South West London. We do sittings for four to eight, providing an opportunity for you to dine with friends or family, or come along to meet other guests.
The ethos behind The Furzedown Cafe is based around cooking great quality food and providing the means to have an enjoyable evening in amiable surroundings, with friendly hosts who are passionate about everything they serve.
