This one isn't a pop-up as such - Le Cafe Anglais is a long-standing and very successful restaurant - but it is very noteworthy because it's a great way to taste the cooking of some great chefs away from their own kitchens. James Ramsden is tonight (17th), which is probably too late notice (my fault), but the others are also highly recommended.

Florence (http://www.florenceknight.co.uk/) initially studied at the London College of Fashion before completing a diploma at Leith’s School of Food and Wine.
She began her kitchen career as an assistant baker under award-winning French baker Richard Bertinet.Florence then took on the role of pastry chef at The Diamond Club, where the kitchen is led by Raymond Blanc, before taking up the role of Head Canape Chef at Rhubarb.
Florence began working at Polpetto in August 2010, and became Polpetto’s head chef in January 2011, where she has won acclaim for her seasonal, osteria-inspired Italian menus.
