Flat Iron Pop-up Steak and Cocktail Project in Shoreditch

Flat Iron is a pop-up restaurant above The Owl and the Pussycat in Redchurch Street, that will be open for 6 weeks, from 6pm - 10pm.  Mouthwatering!

"Flat Iron, the hotly anticipated new steak restaurant, will be hosted by The Owl and Pussycat pub in the upstairs room of their Redchurch St site. Flat Iron will launch with only one steak on its menu - a little known cut called ‘the flat iron’.
The residency above the East London pub will run from 18th July for six weeks. Flat Iron will look to showcase slow reared, well marbled, deeply flavorsome beef including rare British beef breeds such as the Devon Red and White Park.
Cocktails created by Nate Sorby of the London Cocktail Club include a build your own Bloody Mary with beef stock and smoked Chase English vodka, a smoked thyme bramble and a mint julep using homemade orange and rosemary cordial mixed with Penderyn Welsh whisky. There is a focused range of wines by the carafe and local craft beers, all carefully chosen to best compliment the beef. Filter coffee will be provided by Redchurch Street neighbour Allpress Espresso."

When - 18th July - 28th August, Tuesday - Saturday, 6pm - 10pm

Where - 34 Redchurch Street, London E2 7DP
