Bespoke caterers Blanch and Shock are back at The Russet, where they appeared in December, for another 4 course feast, this time on a very meaty theme.
"As part of Nose-to-Tail Fortnight, organised by Ethical Eats, we shall be cooking a special dinner at The Russet in Hackney Downs Studios. We were recently given a massive wild boar head, which we will break down and serve in various preparations along with other less-used cuts. There are 24 seats at our table and dinner will include four courses and snacks."
