There are going to be three Free Christmas food events on the Southbank by the Royal Festival Hall in the fun up to Christmas this year.
Real Food Market - 2nd - 4th December: Buy fresh, high quality, affordable food, direct from over 40 carefully selected Real Food producers. Taste as you go around, sample street food and go home with unique ingredients.

Christmas Chocolate Festival - 9th - 11th December: The Chocolate Festival returns to Southbank Centre for its annual Christmas celebration. The festival offers an opportunity to discover the goodness of artisan fine chocolate as well as being a chance for total indulgence and a perfect opportunity to bag some thoroughly irresistible Christmas presents. The only problem will be bringing yourself to part with the gifts you've purchased so don't forget to treat yourself too!
Cologne Christmas Market - 18th November - 24th December: Sixty traditional twinkling wooden chalets along the Queen's Walk presenting unique hand-crafted gifts and unusual Christmas presents.
Browse the market for wooden toys, jewellery, hand-made soaps, gingerbread hearts and quirky gifts. Soak up the magical riverside Christmas atmosphere and enjoy a bratwurst, roasted pork and potatoes, roasted chestnuts and warming Glühwein.
There is also a traditional carousel to enjoy should you need to give your feet a rest!
