This is the second Sunday pop-up organised by The Cornish Grill for the last Sunday of the month at Redhook. Judging by the tweets sent during and after last month's event this is likely to be very special, and also very likely to sell out. This time the roast is lamb:
"Wes Smalley is in the hot seat this month. Wes is a brilliant award-winning chef for the Charlotte’s Restaurant Group and he'll be preparing a delicious lunch using only the finest Cornish produce including Cornish Mackerel and Cornish Lamb.
Tickets are £30 each for three courses, coffee and truffles plus a Grey Goose aperitif and as many visits as you like to the never ending Grey Goose Bloody Mary buffet. There is also a wine matching option on the day for +£18.
You can book solo, in twos or groups and we'll find a good spot for you. We're seating people in tables of four and more so The Cornish Grill will be a little like a supper club, only at lunchtime and in a restaurant.
Come early for newspapers and Grey Goose cocktails to make the most of the day."
