N-ice Frozen Food Pop-up Restaurant in Victoria - NOW FINISHED

N-ice is a 4 day pop-up restaurant created to extol the virtues of frozen food, supported by the British Frozen Food Federation.  It billis itself as the World's first frozen gourmet restaurant with dishes from Great British Menu’s Atul Kochhar & Galton Blackiston and Simon Rimmer from  Something for the Weekend.

"An ethereal ice-themed palace, N-Ice pop-up restaurant features frozen trees, frosted sculptures and delicate snowflake designs. Delectable cuisine is cooked using frozen ingredients, including fine herbs and succulent steaks. The N-Ice concept challenges the stigma associated with frozen food, by producing exquisitely crafted cuisine.
Signature dishes at N-Ice include Atul’s Kashmiri lamb curry from the Michelin starred London gem, Benares restaurant. Diners at N-Ice London will be invited to make a minimum donation of £10 for a 3-course meal and £10 for a bottle of wine. All proceeds will go to the award-winning Westminster Kingsway College culinary arts school."
