The Rebel Dining Society organise regular events at their HQ in Bethnal Green. The most recent is Pernod Absinthe's Green Hour - a 5 course dinner accompanied by 5 different Absinthe cocktails. Each event costs £40 per head; tickets are sold from the website in advance.

Experts such as Tony Conigliaro of 69 Colebrooke Row, Viajante’s Alex McKechnie and Drinks International Cocktail Challenge winner Merlin Griffiths but to name a few have picked up the gauntlet and over the next 8 weeks they will each be offering Rebel Diners a step-by-step mixology master-class on how to make all five of their creations.
Inspired by each drinks menu we will create 5 immaginative dishes to accompany the cocktails."
